ASK A SLUNGLE DAD

Even if you love and get along fine with your parents, they're still "your parents". Wouldn't it be helpful to have a bona-fide, card-carrying Dad at your disposal ... with the added bonus that he's not YOUR Dad?

Even if you love and get along with your parents, the fact is they're still "your parents". Sometimes they can be your first and best resource. Other times it's just a bit awkward. Wouldn't it be helpful to have a bona-fide, card-carrying Dad at your disposal ... with the added bonus that he's not YOUR Dad? No drama, no decades-long parent-child dynamic.

So, that's the semi-serious, semi-tongue-in-cheek reason for ASK A SLUNGLE DAD. An advice column for people who don't want to ask their parents or just want a second opinion! From time-to-time, I'll be posting bits of miscellany and checking in to answer your questions.

So, Slungle "sons" and "daughters", I'm here for you. Ready to help and (as befitting an experienced parent), also quite prepared to be ignored!
:-)
